We celebrated Chris's birthday yesterday by going out to eat at a local Mexican restaurant. We love the food there and it's cheap, so perfect on all counts! We were a little nervous about going as Tristan was having (yet another) crabby while teething afternoon, still no signs of teeth though! He screamed as we put him in the car which is an odd occurrence so we almost took him out and stayed home, but once we got moving he was happy and we had a good time. He had a hot dog for dinner, not very Mexican but he did have some of mine too!
We found a game that created endless entertainment for Tristan. Instructions are below:
1. Purchase and consume one Corona with lime (with no help from child)!
2. Be sure that bottle is empty and lime wedge is inside.
3. Tip bottle upside-down so that lime wedge sticks in neck of bottle.
4. Allow curious child to poke finger in and dislodge lime wedge.
5. Giggle.
6. Repeat.
