Catching up

Yes, we did celebrate Easter, I just haven't gotten around to putting anything on here yet! I also forgot to take pictures of the boys in their Easter outfits so I will put them in them again soon to recreate the event

My parents and Shelley came for Easter and Tristan had a great time making Easter Nests with Grandma. Here is how to make them, in case you are interested...

Step One: Crush up Shredded Wheat (be sure to spill some on your pants...)



Step two: Mix the crushed shredded wheat into a mixture of melted butter, chocolate and golden syrup



Step three: Go a little crazy with the spoon!



Step four: Fill baking cups with the mixture and place mini eggs into the nests, allow to cool





Step five: Enjoy!!!



Please note, step five has to be done as quickly as possible since they tend to disappear really quickly!
