Visitors

Last week Chris was on vacation. The first half of the week we had my Aunt and Uncle visiting us from the UK, along with my parents and sister, of course. Don't worry they stayed in a hotel, we didn't make them camp out! The first day was the day that we had "a little rain"... see below for more on this! We thought that our plans were not going to work out but we headed out to Ocean City to see if it would clear up. By the time we got there after lunch it was sunny!

We rode the boardwalk train

We hung out in the fresh ocean air

We played in numerous play places along the beach

We went and waded in the ocean which was very cold! Nonetheless, as soon as we got near the shoreline, Tristan wanted to take his clothes off and go in! We hadn't packed a thing to wear for those activities since we didn't really think that it would be very nice at all! So, he's young enough, we let him run around on the beach in his diaper! Fortunately he didn't want to go all the way in!




Hayden didn't get a nap that afternoon because we were out an about. We walked quite a long way along the boardwalk and we thought for sure that he would fall asleep in his stroller but no such luck. I will say that he was happy the whole time despite being tired!

Having a drink while riding on Daddy's shoulders while walking on the Boardwalk... Multi-tasking at it's best!

We tired Tristan out enough and he slept on the way back in the car.
