We got home from Pennsylvania on Friday and in the evening my friend Chayn and her daughter Bri arrived for a visit. We had lots of fun with them when they finally got here! Poor Chayn had terrible car trouble on the way down and a trip that should have taken about 7 or so hours took her 13 hours. We were glad when she finally arrived safely. On Saturday we went to Assateague and Ocean City. We saw a few wild ponies and we took a cool stroll on the beach.

After spending some time at Assateague we drove to Ocean City for lunch. It is so quiet in the off-season but we were able to find an open restaurant for lunch! We had some great seafood and Tristan loved every bite that we gave him (as usual)!

On the way home we stopped at the outlet mall and then we took our time travelling home so that the kiddies could sleep in the car! Of course they didn't fall asleep until we were at least halfway home! So, to take up a little more time I gave Chayn a tour of downtown Salisbury which of course didn't take very long at all!
