My First Turkey
Here's a glimpse of what we'll be eating tomorrow! It's just the 3 of us so I'm guessing there will be a lot of leftovers! If you're in the area, please feel free to drop by for a taste! It' my first turkey roasting experience and so far it's going well... I'd better go and remove him from the oven before I lose track of time! I'll post more of tomorrow's events tomorrow!

I've never thought of covering it with bacon! How did it turn out? I'd come by today to sample leftovers, but...

It was great! My Mum always did it this way, I guess it's an English thing... Sorry you couldn't make it for leftovers, we still have some if you aren't busy tomorrow!
