The last 2 days I have been very frustrated as Tristan has absolutely refused to take a nap. I had no idea why and didn't think that he was feeling ill. Yesterday he showed all the signs of being ready, including waving "night night" to me as I left the room. After a couple of minutes there was yelling and screaming and I waited about 15 minutes to go and see him. He was pointing to a bear that he had thrown out of his crib and he desperately wanted him back. Until recently this bear had been on the shelf and not in his crib. I gave him back to Tristan, Tristan gave him and cuddle and waved to me again as I said "night night". This happened 4 times in a row and he never did go to sleep. Call me crazy but I really thought that this throwing of the bear and then realizing that he wanted him back was keeping him up. So, today I hid the bear midway though the morning and Tristan never saw him when he went to take a nap. This was the result...

Apparently Tristan sleeps better with only Hungry Puppy!
(And I can't believe I went in there to take a picture and risk waking him up all so that I'd have a photo for the blog... Sound familiar to anyone?!)
