So, could you tell the difference if I hadn't told you?

What's amusing to me is that Hayden is a couple of weeks younger in the picture and is visibly chubbier than Tristan was in his picture!!! I weighed myself and Hayden to see about what he weighed and the scale gave me a difference of ten and a half pounds! I'm sure there's room for a pound or so of error but I think he probably weighs about 9 and a half pounds... At a month Tristan weighed 7 pounds and 3 ounces, a little different!

Today has been a really good day in the midst of a not so good week! This morning I got up and took a shower before either of the boys woke up (well, I had just nursed Hayden back to sleep, but that was at 6:30)!!! I got a shower, emptied the dishwasher, re-loaded it, put away all the laundry and tided up the living room! I even had time to spare for Facebook.

Then we all went to MOPS which was really good and refreshing for me. Heather's mom, who has raised 12 children, spoke and it was really good to hear some suggestions for some of the things I've been struggling with Tristan about. He is exercising his independence, and doing it often!

We came home, had lunch and both babies are sleeping! Tristan went down first and Hayden has been peaceful in his crib for about 90 minutes! I've done some more laundry and cleaning and even baked a pie!!! Now I'm sitting here blogging waiting for them to wake up!

To finish up a great day, Chris should be home reasonably early and we are having some good friends over for dinner. I'll get some pics of the kids playing and post those soon...

CORRECTION... Chris will now be home late again as usual, go figure!

So, since they are still sleeping I might just go and rest for a few minutes!
