If you are looking at these pictures and thinking, like we were, "Wow, he looks like he's filled out and gained a little weight" you are not wrong. We were all guessing what he would be at his pediatrician appointment today. Since Tristan didn't gain any weight for the first 3 weeks I was really nervous as to whether Hayden would fall into the 'Failure to Thrive' category too. Well, don't worry, we were at the pediatrician today and he weighs 7 lbs 11 oz!!! Last Friday he was 6 lbs 5 oz, that's a gain of 1 lb and 6 oz in only a week, or 3 oz a day!!! He's a piggy, I guess he's making up for starting out small!

Would you believe I just met a six-week-old Hayden at a party tonight? I did...though he's not nearly as cute as yours! :)
