A year in Review

My friend Allyson posted a similar post to this one on her blog. Basically, you just go back through the year and copy and paste the first sentence of each month along with a picture if you like. Then you will have a brief overview of something from each month of the year. So, here's what we did in 2008, and boy does January seem like ages ago!

January

After Chris had finished working for Christmas we went to visit Grammie and Grandpa for another round of Christmas!

February

Tristan's newest accomplishment is being able to climb onto the ottoman and then onto the chair in his room.

March

After the long road trip the car-seat really needed a clean! So, we brought it in and Tristan helped me clean it up!

April

OK, so this was last summer but I posted them because my friend Elissa had some very similar, and just as cute pics of her son doing exactly the same! Apparently it's what babies do on boats (and in cars etc.)!!

May

OK, so we've held off long enough before sharing the news I suppose! We are 16 weeks pregnant and here is the first pictures we have of the baby.

June

So, Thanks so much for all the prayers, I know there must have been a lot of them! We arrived safely in London and everything regarding the travel went very smoothly.

July

Tristan wants to be just like Daddy...

... Although perhaps more of a ham!

August

She got off the plane!!! And she brought a really cute outfit for Tristan!!!

September

Tristan loves to climb in our bed, pull up the blankets and pretend he's sleeping... he's not very good at the pretend to be sleeping part...

October

Today we took a "quick trip" to Lowe's to get blinds and curtain rods for the kids rooms... Yup, you guessed it, it didn't end up being a quick trip...

Tristan got to help with the hammer...

November

Our little pumpkin

December

We had a nice Thanksgiving with Chris's cousin and family unfortunately I didn't take any pictures of the day! Tristan had a great time playing with Garrett who is the same age. They got along great.
