But, after a little while he started to warm up. We took some of his trains with us so that he would have something to occupy himself. Which worked, except for when he just wanted to kick the around and then knock over stuff in the room and then start stomping his foot! Like I said, he wasn't exactly pleasant!

I am glad that we took the trains because they at least kept him occupied in one place while we tried to get him to smile...
I'm not really sure what he was doing in this next pose but I thought it was worth including here, just for a laugh! He almost looks like he's about to beat someone up, maybe the poor lady struggling to take his pictures!!!

It ended up being a long morning and by the time we were leaving the mall to come home it was noon! Our appointment was at 10am and we stopped at the indoor play place for a brief visit before we headed home. While we were at Sears we bumped into Tery who was getting Levi's 4 year pictures taken so we stopped to play with them for a while when we were both done. She assures me that it does get easier as they get a little older!
Since we were out so long, I think that Tristan is off schedule and from the cries that I am hearing coming from his room, it does not sound like we will get a nap out of him today! I guess he'll have to get up and help me with laundry...
