They have shared it over the past year until this year Hayden decided he was an Eagles fan and he asked for an Eagles helmet and outfit like the one Tristan had! So, Grammie got him one this year for Christmas and the look on his face when he opened it was priceless. He loves it!
Today, after school, the decided they wanted to play football outside. It was cold out so they put on sweatshirts and out they went, taking Libby with them! They had a great time and when they got cold and tired of football they built a small "fire" out of leaves and twigs and I'm sure Libby helped in providing the twigs! They had a good time and got nice and dirty so I am assuming it was a success since that is what little boys do!
Don't mind our sad little Christmas tree! The day we put it up it was beautiful and covered in lights. The next morning a strand of lights shut off and since that first strand went out 2 more followed suit! So, it now has only 1 working strand out of 4 but I decided that it didn't make any difference to the real meaning of Christmas and as long as the tree was standing, we' leave it alone!
Libby's usual trick of finding a stick and trying to eat the whole thing! Don't even try to get it from her, she will never give it up! She loves the chase but she is tricky!
