Tristan has been asking me to buy him a list pad for ages so while we were at the store yesterday I let him pick one out. He was SO excited to bring it home and start making lists! That's my boy :). This was his first list and he followed it until it was done. It was the first time he did his piano practice without being asked so maybe these lists are worth keeping up with! At the end of the night when I went up to tuck him into bed, while I was laying down with him he said "Mummy, when you go downstairs, can you cross off the last thing on my list? It says 'bed' and since I'm here, I need you to do it". That just struck me as hilarious because he knew he couldn't cross it off while he was still downstairs because he hadn't done it yet! Yup, I'd say he gets the gist of lists!
